The City notified the 605 Bridgeway applicant that the project is inconsistent with city requirements. In the City Manager's words, the application has been determined complete "however, it has NOT been approved," and staff identified the provisions where the project does not comply.
It was the first formal milestone after months of resident advocacy — more than 2,300 petition signatures and 14 legal filings — and it set up the environmental review the project had tried to avoid.
