City must require a CEQA review

The developer of 1 Harbor Drive is seeking to short circuit review and gain numerous waivers of zoning rules using state housing laws to claim that their project must be approved “by right.” But we have rights too and need to use them.

Our key campaign objective is to raise awareness of this 90-foot project and ask the city to require CEQA. Our lawyer’s letter provides the legal justification. We need the city to act.
